Marketing Executive

Today, we're a diverse, multinational team of over 60 colleagues - working flexibly from home or our offices in London and Cagliari - and we're proud to partner with over 500 publishers in more than 20 countries.

About the role
As we continue to evolve our products and expand, Clickio is looking to recruit a dedicated Marketing Executive to run all marketing activities in Russia, one of our most important regions. This role will sit within the wider Global Marketing team but with a high degree of autonomy. You'll work closely with the Country Lead for Russia to plan and execute campaigns that resonate with the local audience, focusing strongly on producing high-quality content that helps to improve SEO, build the Clickio brand and generate new business.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, budget and organise all types of marketing activities in Russia, tracking results accurately
  • Ensure appropriate positioning of Clickio's products in the Russian market, to properly showcase their benefits and how these respond to publishers' needs
  • Undertake competitor analysis to inform Clickio's marketing activities
  • Write a wide range of quality content related to programmatic advertising and website monetization in Russian and English - for use on the Clickio blog, email newsletters, external sites and social media channels
  • Translate and localise content from the Global Marketing team for use in the Russian market, and work with in-house designer to create new materials where appropriate
  • Maintain and monitor Russian-language social media channels and forums, including Telegram and Search Engines Guru
  • Update the Russian version of the Clickio website as required
  • Launch, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Yandex
  • Organise and promote webinars for publishers
  • Assist with marketing activities for other regions as required

Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience working in digital marketing or copywriting - experience in programmatic advertising or publishing an advantage
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Good understanding of SEO techniques
  • Prior experience running PPC campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Yandex, Facebook)
  • Native-level Russian speaker with high proficiency in English (written and verbal) - other European languages an advantage
  • High-energy, self-motivated and excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • A strong passion for marketing and drive to learn new things
