Frequently asked questions
My platform isn't listed. Can I still use Clickio?
Almost certainly: any platform that lets you add a script tag to the page head works. The platform guides just shortcut the "where do I paste it" question.
Which install route should I choose if I have GTM?
The GTM template: it installs the CMP without touching site code (do not combine it with the on-page snippet) and gives you consent-event triggers for the rest of your tags in the same interface.
Do different platforms get different features?
No. The platform only changes where the snippet goes. Scanning, customization, regulations and reporting are identical everywhere.
How long does installation actually take?
Most sites go from signup to a live dialog in one sitting: paste the tag, run a scan, adjust the design, publish.
Can you help with a complicated setup?
Yes. The knowledge base covers common stacks. Every plan includes email support; Enterprise adds same-day replies, a dedicated account manager and implementation help.
