Clickio Consent
for WooCommerce
WooCommerce runs on WordPress, so Clickio installs the WordPress way, then earns its keep on the store side: gating marketing pixels while checkout and cart keep working untouched.

Install on WooCommerce in three steps
Install like WordPress
Install the Clickio Consent plugin from the WordPress directory, paste the snippet via your theme header or a header-snippet plugin, or deploy through Google Tag Manager.
Scan the store
Run the Cookie Scanner to surface the trackers your extensions and marketing integrations actually set.
Gate the marketing layer
Google tags follow Consent Mode automatically; fire Meta, TikTok and affiliate pixels from GTM on Clickio's clickio_consent_update event, or switch their script type to text/clickiocmp with a data-clickio-cmp purpose attribute.

What your site gets
A certified dialog
Google-certified, IAB TCF 2.4-validated consent: the approvals ad and analytics partners expect.
Consent Mode v2 by default
On by default for new sites: Google Analytics and Google Ads receive consent-aware signals without per-tag wiring. The Clickio tag just needs to load before your Google tags.
Consent Mode v2 →Cookie Scanner
The Cookie Scanner finds the cookies your theme and plugins actually set. The Free plan scans up to 20 pages twice a month; paid plans scan more pages, more often.
Cookie Scanner →Self-updating cookie policy
Embed the cookie list in your privacy page once; it stays current as your stack changes.
Cookie List Embed →Your brand, your languages
Colors and layout on every plan; custom first-layer text and several languages on one site from Starter.
Customization →EU, UK and US markets
GDPR via TCF, US state laws via GPP and per-region settings for other laws: the right dialog per visitor, configured once.
Multi-regulation →Frequently asked questions
Is WooCommerce installation different from plain WordPress?
No. The install is identical: the official plugin, a header snippet or GTM. The difference is what's on the pages: stores carry more marketing pixels, which makes the scanner and tag gating more valuable.
Will cart and checkout cookies be blocked?
No. Clickio only holds back analytics and marketing trackers until the visitor chooses. Cart, session and checkout cookies are strictly necessary and exempt from consent, so they keep working.
How do I handle abandoned-cart and remarketing tools?
They're marketing trackers: fire them from GTM on Clickio's consent event, or mark their scripts type=text/clickiocmp with the matching purpose attribute so they run only after consent.
Does it work with multilingual store plugins?
Yes. Clickio's own language auto-detection localizes the dialog independently of your WPML/Polylang setup, or you can pass your site language with the lang parameter (multi-language is included from the Starter plan).
What about EU VAT-country visitors vs US visitors?
Each sees their own framework from the same installation: GDPR consent in the EU, US state-law flows via GPP.
Copy your tag and have a certified consent dialog running in minutes.
Install on WooCommerce the same way on every plan: start with a 14-day free trial, then pick the tier that matches your traffic and features.
